Yokal Batip Eugene Olrik is a goblin artificier and heir to Batip, one of the most talented magical engineers in the business.
His father was adopted by a noble family who took care of him and supported him financially for his creations, and as a result he became more and more skilled and aware of his power.
Unlike his father, Yokal is an undisciplined and hotheaded goblin even though he awkwardly tries to appear discreet and judicious like his father Batip. All of his creations are unstable and really dangerous but somehow ingenious. More than once he risked blowing up the entire mansion or a few fingers of his stepsister's hand.
After all, then, it's no surprise that now his entire family would like to see him dead. Yokal is now on the run and looking for a glorious deed that will prove his worth and the legitimacy of his acquired nobility.
